一、目的

學生大使(以下簡稱SA)為本外籍生交流人才向下扎根，遴選優秀大學部學生赴學生大使志工團進修，增進參與國際事務交流之機會，拓展全球視野及深耕臺灣特色價值，

提升未來國際競爭優勢。

二、對象及資格

（一）申請學校資格：國立政治大學學生，以個人為單位向本單位提出申請。

（二）申請學生應符合下列各項資格：

1.不愛念書但會念書，「偶爾」可以為了SA請公假負責的人。

2.大二（含）以上之大學部在學學生，且有志從事跨族群交友以及促進本外籍生交流之事務。

3.具備相關語言能力證明及其他足以證明本身表現之條件。

4.未三心二意同時參加其他有的沒的一堆社團。

三、服務期程與名額

（一）服務期程：自民國一百年秋季學期起至一百零一年春季學期止，共計二學期。

（二）名額：視本部五月公告為準。

1.十屆幹部：六名

(1)團長、副團長各一名

(2)活動長兩名

(3)公關長兩名

2.十一屆SA：25至30名

五、申請作業

（一）由學生自行報名。

（二）申請日期：自公告日起至一百年五月二十七日止。

（三）申請方式：限通訊申請，應依前款規定期限送文件至國合處，

逾期不予受理。

（四）申請文件：每位申請學生均應包括下列資料

1.報名表（附件一）：文書作業完成後印出一份，親筆簽名。

2.自述：以一千字為限，內容應包括個人成長經驗、參與活動經歷、個人傑出表現

和如何貢獻學生大使之方式

(推展促進本外籍生交流之具體方案)。

3.個人作品：免。

4.大學在校成績單正本，註明全班排名：免。

5.推薦函(信)一封：免。

六、審查作業

由SA幹部組成審查委員會以書面、會議及面談方式進行審查。

審查作業如下：

（一）初審：幹部進行書面資料審查，一百年六月三日公佈面試名單。

（二）面試：預定於一百年六月中旬舉辦，包括中英文口試，通過面

試者始得參加新訓。

（三）新訓：預定於一百年七月上旬舉辦，共計兩天；完成所有講習

課程且成績及格者，始取得學生大使資格。

（四）選組：依學生個人志願選擇加入活動組或公關組。

七、徵選秘笈

"你愛念書嗎? 你愛說話嗎?"

"SA只是一場遊戲放感情你就輸了!"

SA要的人是可以不愛念書但會念書,

需要愛說話而且說的一口簡單好英文、好中文或其它語言的人類

愛跟團員溝通而且會溝通的人 (會溝通=態度好/講話酸/和氣地逼人)

把兒戲當真的人 (遊戲game=gather men 集合31個人一起玩這個遊戲)

大家越投入，遊戲越真；反之，不投入，投入的人就像自己跟自己玩= =

也因此，放感情就輸了!!!

學習中文已經是一個銳不可擋的趨勢，學生大使所舉辦的中文課，即將開始報名，課程內容極為豐富，包含超級實用口語、旅遊會話，以及傳統童玩製作，再搭配一趟對中國博大
精深文化的書法之旅；全勤之後尚有機會抽獎獲得市值$2500的免費FIELD TRIP花蓮兩日遊，您心動了嗎?想要學好中文的同學，千萬不要錯過這個機會喔。

Learning Chinese is now a tendency for the people all over the world. The Chinese Course held by Student Ambassador is a class that will teach you more useful Chinese for the topic of the following Field Trip. From basic Chinese to useful traveling conversation, we also provide the Calligraphy class and some traditional crafts making. So, why not come and join us, learning with us and making friends with us ? Chinese can be fun. And you also have the chance to win the free ticket for the Field trip to Hualien valued 2,500 dollars.

外交四張庭瑄 Shenny

Hello everyone! I’m Shenny Chang, a Taiwanese student majors in diplomacy. Last year I was in Belgium for exchange student, and I traveled a lot in Europe. I love Ballroom dancing and salsa, and I also like traveling alone. I went to salsa clubs for meeting other excellent dancers when I traveled to different countries. Now I go out for salsa party one or two times a week in Taipei. I think the experience in Europe changed a lot my personality. My friends consider me as an independent and optimistic girl who knows her own mind to head for her goal. I’m very happy to be the member of SA. 一.游泳館營運時段 Open hours

（一）星期一至六：上午６時至２２時。

　 6Am to 10Pm from Mon.~ Sat.
（二）星期日及國定假日：上午６時至１８時。

　 6Am to 6Pm on Sun. and national vacations

（三）每月第一週星期一上午時段場地維護。

　 In the morning of the first Mon. of every month is closed because of disinfection

（四）遇春節、清明節、端午節、中秋節，休館。

　 Be closed on Chinese new years, Tomb-sweeping Day, Mid-autumn festival

（五）如遇有其他重要事件需休館，將另行公告。

三.重訓室證與泳證辦理方式 How to register the pass of the swimming pool and Fitness Center

（一）辦證時間：星期一至五上午九至十二時、十三時三十分至十七時

Time:9Am~12Am, 1:30Pm~5:00Pm from Mon. to Fri.

（二）辦證地點：游泳館一樓服務臺

Place to register: Information counter at the first floor of the swimming pool

（三）繳費方式：

How to pay the fee

月票、半年票、20次票、年票、重訓室年票：一律以「郵政劃撥」方式繳款。

For monthly paid, 20-time paid, half yearpaid,one year paid& Fitness Center's one year paid, please appropriate your fee at the post office

請先至游泳池辦證處確認身份及費用。

Before you appropriate, please consult with Information counter for confirming your identification

持「郵政劃撥單」至郵局繳費。

And then take the form of postal appropriation to the postal office to pay yoor fee

憑劃撥收據及一吋相片兩張，3日內至辦證處辦理泳證或重訓證。

Remember bring the paying receipt and two passport-size photos to Information counter to transact your pass in 3 days

（四）辦證資料：一吋相片兩張。學生：學生證。

Remember bring your two passport-size photos, and student ID card

（五）證件管理規章：

Regulations of the pass

游泳證及重訓證不得轉借他人或塗改使用，經查獲者得沒收其票證，並禁止申辦一年。

經過充滿書香氣息的十一月，十二月的第一個週末終於迎來了萬眾矚目的NCCU Olympics政大國際運動會。

禮拜六雖然冷颼颼但好在沒有下雨，所以分別在河濱及操場草地上順利地完成了青春洋溢躲避球和英姿煥發足球比賽。而禮拜天多數時候都有陽光，曬得河堤畔的籃球參賽者們熱血更加沸騰。

期間每位運動員都非常投入比賽，卯足全勁砸球、踢球、投球、奔跑、跳躍，和同隊隊員通力合作就是為了打敗敵手，取得榮耀。

看著國際生和本籍生在球場上廝殺實在是一件很快活的事，相信親自參與其中的運動員們感覺一定更為深刻。誠心希望大家在球場上衝刺時，所有的壓抑與煩惱都可以隨著汗水一同蒸發，隨風而逝。

本次NCCU Olympics打破了異文化間言語不通的交流障礙，誰說語言不通就無法溝通呢? 別忘了運動場上健康的肢體互動就是一種最原始且直接的文化交流管道，而這也是SA為全體政大學生舉辦這場國際運動會的主要原因之一。

最後，給所有運動員、啦啦隊、SA與每一位佇足旁觀的你們: 這次活動很榮幸有你們的參與，感謝各位一起為2009 NCCU Olympics寫下了璀燦的記錄!

I am very happy to be one of the advertisers this time. All three of us worked closely from the very beginning. We decided which pert should each of us responsible for. This was also my first time to use the software “photoshop”, to design a poster, and to organize the whole advertisement part. I feel very grateful to you all in PR Group for your support. I think that is why we can have a so successful event. Also, special thanks to Vicky and Yasie, for the team work. I think we still have a lot to improve, so let’s keep going!!!

hi hilary, here's something i quickly wrote...

Without any BS, I can say that the Hualien trip is one of the best trips i've ever had. Not just because I was in good company but also because i didn't experience any awful hassle.

The lunch on our first day was incredibly superb. I didn't also expect that we will check-in at a nice hotel. Everything was a pleasant surprise for me. It was also fun to meet new friends, especially taiwanese friends because as a language student, I don't really get to hang out with taiwanese. Let me clear myself, it's not that i don't like it, it's just that i don't really get the opportunity to hang out or mingle with taiwanese except for like bars and clubs which don't really establish a quality conversation.

Sure thing, the rafting part is the most unforgettable event. We have something like that in my country but I have to take a long flight to get there. The scenic view was also spectacular. It's amazing to see how people and nature interplays.

However, there are some areas for improvement which i truly believe that you guys can make up for next time. Overall, the trip was a pleasant experience for me. Surely, if i have the chance, i'll join again. :)

Hej!! First big Thxs for the GREAT pics! U are so good! Amazing! 'course I help u ;) This trip is so far the best thing with my trip and studies in Taiwan, this is the best thing ever! Also to know so many new friends and great mix between foreign students and local students! Really great to meet so many people from many places of the world.
My best memory I will keep forever is when we did the boat-raftning! Amazing experience! But also I will forever keep this whole trip in my heart and always remember how fun it was! BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL HOW ARRANGED THE TRIP!

i can't tell how i feel about the trip,

no words to express my feelings...
it was splendid, fabulous, amazing, marvelous..etc etc etc...
as i have said....i'm short of words to express my feelings.....
firstly...all of u the SA are so kind n lovely...always smile to us...
make sure everything is fine for us n so on...
that was the first thing that makes me feel part of the group n to be honest, i was sooo delighted about that.....

secondly....honestly speaking, i can't diffreciate which event is the most exciting for me coz all the events were really satisfying n i really enjoyed them.....
n the unforgetable one is the rafting, coz i can't do it in Taipei but only in Hualian my love...lol...yeap but seriously, it was fantastic...

i'm now more than happy to know new friends too.....at first, when i show u guys the SA, i though i can't be able to make friends with u guys BUT i was wrong......we made it....we know each other n more friends as what we used to have earlier....that is soooooooooo cool.....

since i'm out of words to express my feelings...
i will honestly speak it out that;
"I LOVE TAIWAN"...it will alwayz be til my jouney ends....

Hualien Field Trip-Reflections from the Advertizors 花蓮文化交流之旅宣傳總召心得

Hello it’s Yaise, one of the advertisers of Hualien Field Trip.
It’s amazing to in charge of the advertisement with Stephanie& Vicky.
You girls were responsible, organized, considerate, and with great promotion skill!
I really learned a lot from you girls, so tons of thanks and loves to youJ
Also thanks for the support from all members of Public Relation Unit, you guys tried so hard to complete the assigned task, without your efforts it would be impossible to make the whole advertisement thing!

Finally, I’d like to show genuine appreciation to ALL SAs, especially Lily and Penny, two of the most hardworking, honest, and beautiful organizers I’ve ever meet in my life.
However, working in a team like SA is definitely cool, I love SA!
p.s. I wrote this short English version cuz I wanna practice English.

我是Yasie，是這次花蓮文化交流之旅的宣傳總召之一。首先謝謝同為宣傳總召的Vicky,Stephanie，真的在你們身上學到很多;像是Stephanie一開始訂出來的精美timetable、宣傳貼紙的idea、還有勇敢迎戰photoshop的問題解決精神等，每每促使我思考自己是不是也可以跟你們一樣想得更多，做得更好。也謝謝公關組的大家，卯足全勁配合拉贊助、宣傳、製作手冊名牌等，看到你們認真的付出，覺得兼具產能及人性的你們實在是太可愛了!
當然也要感謝全部的SA跟最辛苦最負責的宣傳總召們，這場Field Trip少了你們任何一個都不會好!
個人的宣傳檢討部份:
1. 這次的訂金收據副本還有泛舟注意事項都是sign-up開始後經提醒才趕製，這點是我們事前考慮未周，以後準備前置文件時一定要思考再思考是否有遺漏的重要資訊，並請大家集思廣益是否還有什麼不周全的地方。
2. 難以口頭解釋的資訊應該放上handbook，避免SA和外籍生因溝通不良產生資訊落差。例如洗澡包，口頭解釋往往讓外籍生一頭霧水或是不明白準備這包東西對他們有什麼好處。但如果手冊上有做一頁洗澡包圖解，說明洗澡包內容物及準備洗澡包對他們的益處的話，溝通就會變得簡單許多。(本點感謝Heidi提供)
3. 宣傳網站及flyer如果位置足夠的話，應放上blogger網址&facebook資訊，把更多人捕進SA network。

總之要多多動腦，並且設身處地去考慮一切，同時不要忘記服務的熱情!
經過這次FT感覺自己有長大一點點，希望未來一學年可以跟SA們一起持續學習成長。(雖然很官腔但這可是我的肺腑之言喔啾咪耶科^.<)

Hey girls, welcome to the SA inner interview of Workshop 1, please say something to EVERYONE.
Heidi:
Hello! I’ts Heidi^_^ I was in charge of ppt making in workshop 1.
Ruby:
I’m Ruby. I made ppt with Heidi before the event, it’s kind of preparation work. And on the event day I served as someone who was always available to help.
Shahad:
Hi Dear All, I’m Shahad of NCCU SA 09!
Yasie:
I’d like to know is there anything interesting or impressive happened when you did the preparation for Workshop 1?
Heidi:
Cause the theme of workshop 1 is” Round world travel in one day”, we had to collect the information and beautiful pictures of countries around the world. I saw a lot of breathtaking view during my searching on-line, this really made me want to book a flight and go backpacking immediately without further consideration. What’s a pity that I still should face the reality……hope I could win the lottery^_^
What’s more, it took a long time for me to build the true feeling of travel around the world by putting pictures with a variety of transportation on our slides. Viewing numerous pictures of plane, ferry, boat, train, and hot air balloon was a special experience for me.
The ppt making this time is such a challenge for me, but I’m glad that the effect of our slides is quite good!
Ruby:
The show schedule on event day was very important to we ppt makers, for we should know the decided sequence of the show. This time we got the information a bit late so Heidi and I worked till very late, but I really learned more about the customs of other countries by doing the preparation.
Shahad:
It's quite fun during the preparation of workshop 1!
Even if I heard it's not very easy for the advertisement,
and faced some challenges in the very beginning.
SA and many kind students did work our best trying to make it out!
so i learned a lot from both my partners and this event!

Yasie:
You girls really got something from the preparation of workshop 1, great! And I also want to know what did you feel about workshop 1.
Anything want to share?
Heidi:
The overall atmosphere of the event is nice, very successful. But there’s still room for us to improve the detail arrangement. For example: some clubs didn’t check their ppt slides ahead, the time shortage of student clubs fair, and voting problems of audiences.
However, compare to the welcome party, the venue this time was much easier to decorate, thus built an amazing atmosphere for a relaxing night with performances around the world, new friends, and culture exchange.
Ruby:
Apart from some video-playing problems, I think the event was very successful, all participants had a great time.
And I think the best part was the participation of clubs like wine-mixing club& Tarot club, they had good interaction with participants, and it made the content of the whole event more abundant.
Another best arrangement of the event is that some people bring moon cakes from home to share with others, this not only lowered the event budget but also prevented the waste of food, very good!!!
Shahad:
Now while i review workshop 1,one of the most impressive parts is i saw how CREATIVE and VERSATILE NCCU students are!For all the performances and the exhibitions, you brought us this memorable night!
Yasie:
Now anyone want to say something to the Organizers& Promoters of workshop 1?
Ruby:
Thanks for you guys, you guys really made a lot of efforts to organize this, good job! And it’s not a easy job to invite so many participants, thank you guys for presented such a beautiful night!
Heidi:
First, big applaud to the organizers& promoters!!!!!! They’re really devoted to the event from the very beginning stage to promotion and rehearsal, also on the event day. Good job guys! But here I want to give some advices:
1. Next time when promoting we could use the united sign-up system at the beginning, so local students could notice the event easier, therefore release the pressure of promoters.
2. Performers had better decide what are they going to perform as soon as possible, this will facilitates all preparation works for staffs.
However, good job! Ya!
Shahad:
I do like to thank the workshop 1 leaders again!
For Your cool ideas and hard workings with all participators!
The happiest end is we already heard lots of cheerful and positive feedbacks!

哈囉!我是Heidi ^__^ 這次我在WS1所擔任的工作是PPT製作。
Ruby:
我是Ruby，在這次workshop 1 裡我是和Heidi一起做ppt的部份，ppt是屬於
事前的工作，所以當天我就幫忙現場，算是機動組。
Shahad:
嗨親愛的大家，我是政大第九屆SA的Shahad!
Yasie:
我想知道，在你們準備這次Workshop 1時有沒有發生什麼有趣或是讓你們印象深刻的事呢?
Heidi:
由於這次主題是一日環遊世界，所以在PPT的製作上需要收集世界各國的資訊和漂亮的圖片，在網路搜尋的過程中看到了許多令人讚嘆的美景，讓我有一種好想去度假的感覺，很想馬上揹起背包，上網訂一張機票，義無反顧的出發，可惜終究要面對現實阿…..真希望中樂透^__^
另一點是，因為要做出有搭乘各種交通工具來營造真正的環遊世界的感覺，這方面的製作，花費了我不少時間，特殊的經驗就是我看了在Google圖片中無數頁的飛機、船、郵輪、火車、熱氣球等圖片，不過幸好最終的成品效果還ok，這次的PPT對我來說真是個挑戰!
Ruby:
因為做ppt的人需要知道節目的順序，所以節目的確定對我們來說很重要，
我覺得這次確定的有點晚，讓我和Heidi做到很晚，不過讓我對其他國家
的一些特色和風土民情也比較了解。
Shahad:
準備workshop 1的過程很有趣噢!雖然我聽說一開始宣傳不太順利還遇到一些挑戰，但SA還有許多學生一起努力解決了問題，所以我從活動本身還有我的夥伴兒身上都學到了很多噢!

Yasie:
哇你們真的在workshop 1的準備過程中有所收穫耶，太好了!接下來可以請你們聊聊對workshop 1的感想嗎?
Heidi:
整體上感覺很有氣氛、很成功，雖然細部來說我們都還有些要改進的地方，例如這次在社團PPT的部分未做好確認、觀眾參與的投票問題、社團擺攤時間不足等，但在雲岫廳佈置場地真的比四維堂來的容易多了，營造起來的氣氛也很好，讓大家在星期二有個能享受來自世界各國的表演、認識新朋友、學習中西方文化的悠閒輕鬆的夜晚。
Ruby:
我覺得算是很成功，因為當天除了有一些放映的小狀況外，參加的人基本上
都很開心，尤其是我覺得最棒的地方就是讓一些社團參與，讓整個活動更加
豐富，像是調酒社和塔羅牌社就引起不錯的迴響。另外由於welcome party
的食物買太多造成浪費，我覺得whorkshop 1另外一個非常好的地方就是請
大家把自己家裡月餅帶來給現場的人吃，不但不會用到預算，也沒有造成食
物浪費的問題，非常棒！！！
Shahad:
當我回想起workshop 1時，印象最深的是我看到政大學生是多麼有創意跟多才多藝! 感謝所有的表演者還有社團，你們帶給了我們一個值得回憶的夜晚噢!
Yasie:
有沒有什麼話想跟workshop 1的活動總召還有宣傳總召說的呢?
Ruby:
謝謝你們唷，看的出來你們真的很用心在籌畫這個活動，真的是辛苦啦，要找那麼多人來報名，謝謝你們給我們這麼豐富而且美好的夜晚！
Heidi:
首先當然是要為我們辛苦的總召們拍拍手啦!!!!!!不管是從活動的籌備企劃、宣傳、綵排到活動當天的進行等，他們都為這項活動盡了很大的心力，活動也圓滿的落幕!辛苦你們了。不過我想給個建議是，例如像此活動是在校內舉辦的文化交流，所以我們在下次做宣傳時可以考慮一開始就是開放些名額在聯合報名系統上，這樣能減輕宣傳總召的一些壓力，本籍生也較能注意的到我們的活動，還有希望下次要確定表演項目、表演者能盡快，對於要做前置作業跟這方面有關的人如：主持人會比較好進行。
總之，還是辛苦大家了! Ya!
Shahad:
我要再次感謝所有workshop 1總召!
總召和所有參與者都很認真而且點子超酷!
最讓人快樂的是我們得到了很多積極愉快的意見回饋呢!

Seul Gi was introduced to the workshop by a student ambassador. He has been loving singing for a long time, and he went to the karaoke 4 or 5 times a week when being in Korea. He choose a very popular song, called “yuan liang wo (原諒我, means “forgive me” in English)” by a Taiwanese male singer, Hsiao Jing Tan (蕭敬騰). The reason is that he joined a singing competition and won the first prize by singing this song.

At last, Seul Gi found there are a lot of foreign students joining this activity and he thought it’s great!

The pianist - George Bonilla, Nicaragua, 3rd grade in Business Administration

He joined the show because he thought the prize, a free field trip to Hualien, was really good! And he said, “ I wanted people to hear him out, to get to know who i am and what i can do.”

George also talked about his feeling of playing a show in Taiwan and the difference between his hometown- Nicaragua and Taiwan: It’s nice to hear a lot of people cheer for you after you play, especially people you don't know. Because back in Nicaragua, you would get claps, but that’s it, only from the people you knew you would get cheers. But on the talent show, it felt nice to get cheers from everybody.

And George is interested in the next coming sports event, the NCCU Olympics, held by SA!! He will join the soccer game!!

An Audience – Foncho, Salvador , 3rd grade in Business Administration

Foncho was informed of the workshop from Rudy, a student ambassador who is a foreign student. He thought the workshop was awesome and really enjoyed it!

When it comes to the most impressive show, he said the Korean guy who won the first prize, George who played the piano, and the Korean girls were really good and got a lot of applause.

He just signed up the very popular Field Trip to Hualien (also held by SA), and he was sure that he will participate in the SA activities in the future!!

一天環遊世界宣傳總召心得 Workshop one~Reflection from Advertizor

這次很榮幸能接下學生大使文化研習營的宣傳總召，與Joyce合作。
我們與文交總召們Freya, Cathy, Bomy，在開學前的新訓時就計畫行動了，歷經好幾個星期的波折，終於在10/13星期二晚上誕生出:
1天環遊世界，引起熱烈迴響。
對於我而言，文化研習營意義重大。
它是第一個以我們第九屆學生大使們為總召在領導的活動，不像之前的國際新生說明會與國際迎新晚會由八屆的幹部們帶領我們，這次由我們做主。
在整個活動製作過程中，讓我覺得比較困擾的有公關組與文交組總召的界分、工作的劃分與人員安排、創意與緊急應變，就這三點於以下討論，但並不代表這是個問題。

首先，公關組與文交組總召的界分
字面上意思是，公關組總召就負責宣傳，文交就想活動內容就好。
但雖然我們五個人兩個組，但我們都仍是這活動的總召，
應然面上，我們應該多相聚討論，分享意見，安排行程、報告進度等等。
實然面上，因為剛開始提出的主題不慎恰當，為符合活動目的與吸引最大人數參與，我們總召花費許多十日在調整內容，但卻導致之後的工作時間延後，加上我們活動日期迫在眉睫。
我們後半段的時間幾乎是各做各的事情，宣傳組工作還撐得過去，但是對於活動組們，工作可就是忙得很，雖然是不會有大問題發生，但是覺得很可惜。
少了溝通，彼此就不能互相補足，看到對方沒注意到的問題，更不能彼此監督。要是時間充裕，就能多加改進活動。

再來是工作規劃與人員安排
其實也是接續前一點，因為我們沒有事先討論我們是怎麼用人，我原本以為公關組就用公關組的人，你用你的人就好。但在文交組認知下的人員分配中，就可能會發生一人多用的事情。在工作分配就有可能發生疊床架屋。這都是需避免的。
另外，我自己在人員分配上發生的問題是有的簡單有的難，有的沒做過不會做。所以要注意工作難度與量額與人員的適用。

創意與緊急應變
天阿，我真是死腦筋，官僚頭腦，天缺創意。我一路走來小心謹慎，按部就班，有什麼做什麼，該做什麼就做什麼，條列出所有的工作，分工合作，這樣十分安全，但反成了會做事的機器，少了源自於自己的東西，簡單說，沒什麼成就感。
但說不定這也是宣傳組的特徵，因為宣傳總是有那麼一套程序，宣傳品也都脫離不了海報、傳單、電子信等，可是Field Trip的宣傳手法的確讓我吃驚，點子新穎，創意十足，凸顯我的不足，可再加強。
另外我們這次的人數報名過程危機重重，一直為湊不足人數、外籍生要準備期中考沒空來的問題提心吊膽，這是該緊急應變，就是總召的責任，但這部分我有缺失，多虧團長提點，才所幸採取些應變措施。

給之後宣傳總召的建議:
基本上，宣傳真的有他那麼一套手法與程序，希望大家都能將自己的經驗加以分享，使我們的製作過成越趨完善，說不定能當楷模呢!
但還是要提醒以下幾點:
1. 多與文交組溝通
2. 作為積極的一方，主動訂出自己的死線給文交或活動組總召們
並要求他們配合 (我說得好像有點強勢)
3. 創意宣傳手法 (但也要實際點)
4. 與組內好同事們定時報告進度
不是只有例會組聚時，你才能聯絡大家，請利用學校信箱、手機等
5. 最重要，總召的定義大家應該都曉得，那就是負責領導統整指揮，並不是將所有工作都扛給自己做，你想累死嗎? 當個聰明者吧!

經過了這次的大考驗XD，我覺得自己體會了很多事情，相信大家也是吧:D。

因為這是我第一次當總召，反言之就是超級狀況外，常常很多地方都會沒注意到、忽略掉..(我根本老了吧)，所以Billy就只好不時的提醒我，真是抱歉，也很謝謝他，哈哈!
還有在做海報的時候他也給了我很多寶貴的意見(拇指)。
另外大家每次都能這麼配合的按我們的規劃走，一有什麼變動也能夠馬上配合，真的讓我非常感動，也是因為這樣我們這次sign up雖然改的臨時，最後也幸運的來了很多人，
耶! 最後最後，希望SA之後的活動可以一次比一次成功!
(媽呀這篇心得根本是感謝狀吧XD)

My name is Caitlin. I am a Student Ambassador who majors in French and take English as my minor. I am interested in learning different languages and reading books about different cultures and traveling. Recently I am so into baking that I asked my mother to buy a huge oven. Though not good at it, I’m so satisfied to see all the pretty and delicious pictures on my recipe. I like to watch Travel&Living, I do learn a lot from the channel, my future dream is to set up a TV in my kitchen so I can also watch the programs while baking.

Welcome everyone come to Penghu to enjoy sunshine, ocean, beaches, and friendly people. I can speak Chinese, Taiwanese, English, and a little German. Hi, I’m Philip, I am currently in my sophomore year of undergrad and I major in history. I’ve spent some time in New Jersey and New York as a child and I like watching television and listening to music like an average college student.
