游泳池&重訓室使用規定 NCCU swimming pool&Fitness Center~ tickets&rules

一.游泳館營運時段 Open hours

（一） 星期一至六：上午６時至２２時 。

　 6Am to 10Pm from Mon.~ Sat.
（二） 星期日及國定假日：上午６時至１８時。

　 6Am to 6Pm on Sun. and national vacations

（三） 每月第一週星期一上午時段場地維護。

　 In the morning of the first Mon. of every month is closed because of disinfection

（四） 遇春節、清明節、端午節、中秋節，休館。

　 Be closed on Chinese new years, Tomb-sweeping Day, Mid-autumn festival

（五） 如遇有其他重要事件需休館，將另行公告。

There will be annoucements if the pool is closed for important events
二.票証價格(單位:新台幣) Prices of tickets(NT dollars)

三.重訓室證與泳證辦理方式 How to register the pass of the swimming pool and Fitness Center


（一） 辦證時間： 星期一至五上午九至十二時、十三時三十分至十七時

Time:9Am~12Am, 1:30Pm~5:00Pm from Mon. to Fri.

（二） 辦證地點： 游泳館一樓服務臺

Place to register: Information counter at the first floor of the swimming pool

（三） 繳費方式：

How to pay the fee

月票、半年票、20次票、年票、重訓室年票：一律以「郵政劃撥」方式繳款。

For monthly paid, 20-time paid, half yearpaid,one year paid& Fitness Center's one year paid, please appropriate your fee at the post office

請先至游泳池辦證處確認身份及費用。

Before you appropriate, please consult with Information counter for confirming your identification

持「郵政劃撥單」至郵局繳費。

And then take the form of postal appropriation to the postal office to pay yoor fee

憑劃撥收據及一吋相片兩張，3日內至辦證處辦理泳證或重訓證。

Remember bring the paying receipt and two passport-size photos to Information counter to transact your pass in 3 days

（四） 辦證資料： 一吋相片兩張。學生：學生證。

Remember bring your two passport-size photos, and student ID card

（五） 證件管理規章：

Regulations of the pass

游泳證及重訓證不得轉借他人或塗改使用， 經查獲者得沒收其票證 ，並禁止申辦一年 。

Lending the pass of the swimming pool&Fitness Center to others is forbad, the pass will be confiscated if the behavior is tracked down, and will be banned on registration for 1 year

遺失泳證者，得申請補發， 但補發以一次為限。 游泳證之補發，得酌收工本費。

The pass can be reissued if losing, but for only one time, and it will cost an extra-fee　

本館附屬之游泳池或重量訓室， 除春節、清明、端午及中秋等正常休館日外 ，如因故停止開放超過連續三天以上者， 票證之使用期限將自動予以延長至上述停止開放之日數 ，使用者不得要求退費或賠償。　

If the swimming& Fitness Center is closed more than 3 days,except for National vacations and normal vacations,

the expiration date of the pass will automatically be entended, the member cannot ask for return of the fee

(The numbers of extending days are equal to the days of vacations)

游泳證辦證後不得以任何理由要求退費、保留或移轉。

After registering, any reason of asking for returning the fee is not allowed
