一天環遊世界SA內部訪問 SA Inner Intervies－Workshop 1: Round-world travel in 1 Day!

Yasie:
Hey girls, welcome to the SA inner interview of Workshop 1, please say something to EVERYONE.
Heidi:
Hello! I’ts Heidi^_^ I was in charge of ppt making in workshop 1.
Ruby:
I’m Ruby. I made ppt with Heidi before the event, it’s kind of preparation work. And on the event day I served as someone who was always available to help.
Shahad:
Hi Dear All, I’m Shahad of NCCU SA 09!
Yasie:
I’d like to know is there anything interesting or impressive happened when you did the preparation for Workshop 1?
Heidi:
Cause the theme of workshop 1 is” Round world travel in one day”, we had to collect the information and beautiful pictures of countries around the world. I saw a lot of breathtaking view during my searching on-line, this really made me want to book a flight and go backpacking immediately without further consideration. What’s a pity that I still should face the reality……hope I could win the lottery^_^
What’s more, it took a long time for me to build the true feeling of travel around the world by putting pictures with a variety of transportation on our slides. Viewing numerous pictures of plane, ferry, boat, train, and hot air balloon was a special experience for me.
The ppt making this time is such a challenge for me, but I’m glad that the effect of our slides is quite good!
Ruby:
The show schedule on event day was very important to we ppt makers, for we should know the decided sequence of the show. This time we got the information a bit late so Heidi and I worked till very late, but I really learned more about the customs of other countries by doing the preparation.
Shahad:
It's quite fun during the preparation of workshop 1!
Even if I heard it's not very easy for the advertisement,
and faced some challenges in the very beginning.
SA and many kind students did work our best trying to make it out!
so i learned a lot from both my partners and this event!











Yasie:
You girls really got something from the preparation of workshop 1, great! And I also want to know what did you feel about workshop 1.
Anything want to share?
Heidi:
The overall atmosphere of the event is nice, very successful. But there’s still room for us to improve the detail arrangement. For example: some clubs didn’t check their ppt slides ahead, the time shortage of student clubs fair, and voting problems of audiences.
However, compare to the welcome party, the venue this time was much easier to decorate, thus built an amazing atmosphere for a relaxing night with performances around the world, new friends, and culture exchange.
Ruby:
Apart from some video-playing problems, I think the event was very successful, all participants had a great time.
And I think the best part was the participation of clubs like wine-mixing club& Tarot club, they had good interaction with participants, and it made the content of the whole event more abundant.
Another best arrangement of the event is that some people bring moon cakes from home to share with others, this not only lowered the event budget but also prevented the waste of food, very good!!!
Shahad:
Now while i review workshop 1,one of the most impressive parts is i saw how CREATIVE and VERSATILE NCCU students are!For all the performances and the exhibitions, you brought us this memorable night!
Yasie:
Now anyone want to say something to the Organizers& Promoters of workshop 1?
Ruby:
Thanks for you guys, you guys really made a lot of efforts to organize this, good job! And it’s not a easy job to invite so many participants, thank you guys for presented such a beautiful night!
Heidi:
First, big applaud to the organizers& promoters!!!!!! They’re really devoted to the event from the very beginning stage to promotion and rehearsal, also on the event day. Good job guys! But here I want to give some advices:
1. Next time when promoting we could use the united sign-up system at the beginning, so local students could notice the event easier, therefore release the pressure of promoters.
2. Performers had better decide what are they going to perform as soon as possible, this will facilitates all preparation works for staffs.
However, good job! Ya!
Shahad:
I do like to thank the workshop 1 leaders again!
For Your cool ideas and hard workings with all participators!
The happiest end is we already heard lots of cheerful and positive feedbacks!
Yasie:

Heidi:
哈囉!我是Heidi ^__^ 這次我在WS1所擔任的工作是PPT製作。
Ruby:
我是Ruby，在這次workshop 1 裡我是和Heidi一起做ppt的部份，ppt是屬於
事前的工作，所以當天我就幫忙現場，算是機動組。
Shahad:
嗨親愛的大家，我是政大第九屆SA的Shahad!
Yasie:
我想知道，在你們準備這次Workshop 1時有沒有發生什麼有趣或是讓你們印象深刻的事呢?
Heidi:
由於這次主題是一日環遊世界，所以在PPT的製作上需要收集世界各國的資訊和漂亮的圖片，在網路搜尋的過程中看到了許多令人讚嘆的美景，讓我有一種好想去度假的感覺，很想馬上揹起背包，上網訂一張機票，義無反顧的出發，可惜終究要面對現實阿…..真希望中樂透^__^
另一點是，因為要做出有搭乘各種交通工具來營造真正的環遊世界的感覺，這方面的製作，花費了我不少時間，特殊的經驗就是我看了在Google圖片中無數頁的飛機、船、郵輪、火車、熱氣球等圖片，不過幸好最終的成品效果還ok，這次的PPT對我來說真是個挑戰!
Ruby:
因為做ppt的人需要知道節目的順序，所以節目的確定對我們來說很重要，
我覺得這次確定的有點晚，讓我和Heidi做到很晚，不過讓我對其他國家
的一些特色和風土民情也比較了解。
Shahad:
準備workshop 1的過程很有趣噢!雖然我聽說一開始宣傳不太順利還遇到一些挑戰，但SA還有許多學生一起努力解決了問題，所以我從活動本身還有我的夥伴兒身上都學到了很多噢!

Yasie:
哇你們真的在workshop 1的準備過程中有所收穫耶，太好了!接下來可以請你們聊聊對workshop 1的感想嗎?
Heidi:
整體上感覺很有氣氛、很成功，雖然細部來說我們都還有些要改進的地方，例如這次在社團PPT的部分未做好確認、觀眾參與的投票問題、社團擺攤時間不足等，但在雲岫廳佈置場地真的比四維堂來的容易多了，營造起來的氣氛也很好，讓大家在星期二有個能享受來自世界各國的表演、認識新朋友、學習中西方文化的悠閒輕鬆的夜晚。
Ruby:
我覺得算是很成功，因為當天除了有一些放映的小狀況外，參加的人基本上
都很開心，尤其是我覺得最棒的地方就是讓一些社團參與，讓整個活動更加
豐富，像是調酒社和塔羅牌社就引起不錯的迴響。另外由於welcome party
的食物買太多造成浪費，我覺得whorkshop 1另外一個非常好的地方就是請
大家把自己家裡月餅帶來給現場的人吃，不但不會用到預算，也沒有造成食
物浪費的問題，非常棒！！！
Shahad:
當我回想起workshop 1時，印象最深的是我看到政大學生是多麼有創意跟多才多藝! 感謝所有的表演者還有社團，你們帶給了我們一個值得回憶的夜晚噢!
Yasie:
有沒有什麼話想跟workshop 1的活動總召還有宣傳總召說的呢?
Ruby:
謝謝你們唷，看的出來你們真的很用心在籌畫這個活動，真的是辛苦啦，要找那麼多人來報名，謝謝你們給我們這麼豐富而且美好的夜晚！
Heidi:
首先當然是要為我們辛苦的總召們拍拍手啦!!!!!!不管是從活動的籌備企劃、宣傳、綵排到活動當天的進行等，他們都為這項活動盡了很大的心力，活動也圓滿的落幕!辛苦你們了。不過我想給個建議是，例如像此活動是在校內舉辦的文化交流，所以我們在下次做宣傳時可以考慮一開始就是開放些名額在聯合報名系統上，這樣能減輕宣傳總召的一些壓力，本籍生也較能注意的到我們的活動，還有希望下次要確定表演項目、表演者能盡快，對於要做前置作業跟這方面有關的人如：主持人會比較好進行。
總之，還是辛苦大家了! Ya!
Shahad:
我要再次感謝所有workshop 1總召!
總召和所有參與者都很認真而且點子超酷!
最讓人快樂的是我們得到了很多積極愉快的意見回饋呢!

Yasie:
